Okay, let’s talk about how fluid construction projects are…there are so many factors at play when you’re building a property that even with the best planning, something always goes off the rails.

I’ve never really been one to make new years resolutions or pick a word of the year. But looking back on 2022, if I had to pick a word it would be patience. I’m a hurry up and get things done, instant gratification kind of person.

Y’all, I’m so behind on this blog post! Life has been a whirlwind the last several weeks, but it’s official! We have broken ground! No one is surprised, at this point, obviously. Our official break ground date was September 21, 2022, and you better believe I took the day off to go sit in my lawn chair and watch them dig a trench. :)
